Physical Properties

• Density: Measured by ASTM D1505, it is 0.953 g/cc. This density value is significant for the material’s performance in cap and closure molding applications.
• ESCR 100% Igepal®: Based on compression – molded sheet, tested by ASTM D1693B with F50, it’s 7.0 hours, crucial for cap durability.
• Melt Flow: Measured by ASTM D1238 at 4.0 g/10 min @Load 2.16 kg, 190 °C. This affects the processing of cap – related products.
