Physical Properties

• Density: Measured by ASTM D1505, the material’s density is 0.954 g/cc (0.0345 lb/in³), ideal for rigid applications requiring structural stability.
• ESCR 100% Igepal®: Under F50 per ASTM D1693B, it resists environmental stress cracking for 100 hours in 100% Igepal® concentration.
• ESCR 10% Igepal®: At 10% Igepal® (ASTM D1693B F50), stress crack resistance lasts 60 hours, showing moderate durability against chemical exposure.
• Melt Flow (2.16 kg): As specified in ASTM D1238, the rate is 0.30 g/10 min at 190 °C under 2.16 kg (4.76 lb), suited for low-flow extrusion processes.
• Melt Flow (21.6 kg): Under a 21.6 kg (47.6 lb) load, the melt flow rate increases to 29 g/10 min, indicating enhanced processability with higher stress.
