SABIC M80064 HDPE Unimodal Resin

SABIC M80064 is a unimodal high density polyethylene (HDPE) resin with a very high melt flow rate, designed for high speed injection molding of large thin-walled parts.

Physical Properties

Density: Measured by ASTM D1505, it is 0.964 g/cc. This density is a key factor in determining the material’s performance in injection – molding applications.
ESCR 100% Igepal®: Based on compression – molded sheet, tested by ASTM D1693B with F50, it’s 3.0 hours, important for product durability in certain environments.
ESCR 10% Igepal®: Tested by F50; ASTM D1693B, it’s 2.0 hours, giving more information on its stress – crack resistance in different conditions.
Melt Flow: Measured by ASTM D1238 at 8.0 g/10 min @Load 2.16 kg, 190 °C. It’s crucial for the injection – molding process and product quality.
