Physical Properties

• Density: Measured by ASTM D1505, it’s 0.964 g/cc. This density impacts the material’s behavior in injection – molding, especially for products needing rigidity and toughness.
• ESCR 100% Igepal®: Based on compression – molded sheet, tested by ASTM D1693B with F50, it’s 3.0 hours, showing its stress – crack resistance in a 100% Igepal® solution.
• ESCR 10% Igepal®: Tested by F50; ASTM D1693B, it’s 2.0 hours, providing more data on its performance in a 10% Igepal® solution.
• Melt Flow: Measured by ASTM D1238 at 8.0 g/10 min @Load 2.16 kg, 190 °C. It’s essential for proper injection – molding processing.
