SABIC HP2023NN LDPE Resin
SABIC HP2023NN is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) homopolymer resin engineered specifically for blown film extrusion.
Physical Properties
- Density: Measured by ASTM D1505 for injection-molded samples, the density is 0.923 g/cc (0.0333 lb/in³), identical to HP2023JN but without slip/antiblock additives.
- Melt Flow: Under ASTM D1238 standards, the melt flow rate is 2.0 g/10 min at 190°C/2.16 kg, suitable for additive-free film applications.
