INEOS NOVODUR H801 PC ABS Resin
INEOS NOVODUR H801 is a high heat injection molding PC/ABS grade with reduced emission.
Physical Properties
- Density: Measured using injection – molded samples in accordance with ISO 527 – 1A and ISO 1183 standards, the density is 1.03 g/cc (0.0372 lb/in³).
- Linear Mold Shrinkage: With low dimensional change (0.0040–0.0070 cm/cm, ISO 294-4), it ensures precise part dimensions.
- Melt Flow: As per ISO 1133 standards, at a temperature of 230 °C (446 °F) under a load of 2.16 kg (4.76 lb), the melt flow rate is 12 g/10 min.

- Automotive Exterior Trim: Specific exterior components like mirror housings, exterior pillars & trims, and spoilers can benefit from H801’s impact strength and resistance to environmental factors, especially if they require good paintability.
