Ineos ABSOLAC 140 ABS Resin

INEOS ABSOLAC 140 is a high impact grade ABS polymer with good flow, produced by INEOS Styrolution.

Physical Properties

  • Melt Flow: As per ISO 1133 standards, at a temperature of 220°C (428°F) under a load of 10.0 kg (22.0 lb), the melt flow rate is ≥26 g/10 min.

  • Base Material: Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS)
  • Modification Features:
    • High impact resistance combined with good flow for efficient, high-volume production.

    • This includes radiator grilles, light housings, spoilers, and various automotive interior components like instrument panels and air vents.

    • The good flowability of ABSOLAC® 140 allows for the molding of complex and thin-walled casings for electronic devices.
    • Its impact strength provides essential protection for the internal components of items such as telephone housings, remote controls, and electronic enclosures.
