Asahi Kasei TENAC™ 4520 HOT Sale POM Resin

Asahi Kasei TENAC™ 4520 is a medium viscosity POM copolymer with excellent mechanical property balance, used in automotive, electrical and industrial parts.

Physical Properties

  • Density: Measured using injection – molded samples in accordance with ISO 1183 standards, the density is 1.41 g/cc (0.0509 lb/in³).
  • Linear Mold Shrinkage: For injection – molded plaques, the linear mold shrinkage, determined by Asahi Kasei, is 0.016 – 0.020 cm/cm (0.016 – 0.020 in/in).
  • Melt Flow: As per ISO 1133 standards, at the specified test conditions, the melt flow rate is 9.0 g/10 min.
