BASF ULTRAMID A3W HOT Sale PA66 Resin

BASF ULTRAMID A3W is a polyamide 66 (PA66) polymer produced by BASF, featuring high flowability and heat – aging resistance.

Physical Properties

  • Density: Measured at 1.13 g/cc (0.0408 lb/in³) following ISO 1183, it indicates the mass per unit volume of the material.
  • Moisture Absorption at Equilibrium: Ranging from 2.5 – 3.1% at 23°C and 50% RH per ISO 62, showing moisture retention ability.
  • Water Absorption at Saturation: According to ISO 62, it’s 8.0 – 9.0%, representing the maximum water absorption capacity.
  • Viscosity Measurement: With a value of 150 as per ISO 307, it helps to understand the material’s resistance to flow.
  • Linear Mold Shrinkage: At 0.0085 cm/cm (0.0085 in/in) with a restricted method, it’s crucial for predicting molding dimensional changes.
  • Melt Flow: As per ISO 1133, it’s 113 g/10 min under a load of 5.00 kg (11.0 lb) at 275 °C, evaluating processability.
