DUPONT ZYTEL 70G20HSL HOT Sale PA66 Resin
DuPont Zytel 70G20HSL is a 20% glass fiber reinforced, heat – stabilized, and lubricated polyamide 66 made by DuPont.
Physical Properties
- Density: The density of the material is 1.28 g/cc (0.0462 lb/in³), measured according to the DAM condition and ISO 1183 standard.
- Melt Density: The melt density is 1.12 g/cc (0.0405 lb/in³).
- Water Absorption:
- At a thickness of 2.00 mm (0.0787 in), the water absorption is 6.8 %, measured in the DAM condition following a method similar to ISO 62.
- For a 2.00 – mm (0.0787 in) thickness and a time of 86400 sec (24.0 hours), the water absorption is 1.5 %, measured with a wall thickness of 2mm in the DAM condition and a method similar to ISO 62.
- Moisture Absorption: At a thickness of 2.00 mm (0.0787 in), the moisture absorption is 2.10 %, measured in the DAM condition following a method similar to ISO 62.
- Viscosity Number: The viscosity number is 148 cm³/g (1.48 dl/g), measured in the DAM condition in accordance with ISO 307, 1157, and 1628.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage, Flow: The linear mold shrinkage in the flow direction is 0.0040 cm/cm (0.0040 in/in), measured in the DAM condition according to ISO 294 – 4 and 2577.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage, Transverse: The linear mold shrinkage in the transverse direction is 0.012 cm/cm (0.012 in/in), measured in the DAM condition following ISO 294 – 4 and 2577.
