Physical Properties
- Bulk Density: Measured for pellets per ISO 60, the bulk density is 0.660 g/cc (0.0238 lb/in³) with standardized testing.
- Density: Determined by ISO 1183-1, the material density is 1.20 g/cc (0.0434 lb/in³) for solid samples.
- Moisture Absorption at Equilibrium: At 50% RH per ISO 62, equilibrium moisture absorption remains 0.12% by weight.
- Water Absorption at Saturation: As per ISO 62, saturation water absorption reaches 0.30% after full immersion.
- Water Vapor Transmission: For 0.100 mm film at 85% RH (ISO 15106-1), rate is 15.0 g/m²/day (0.966 g/100 in²/day).
- Oxygen Transmission: Per ISO 2556 (b.o.), 0.0254/0.100 mm films show 80.0 cc-mm/m²-24hr-atm (203 cc-mil/100 in²).
- Nitrogen Transmission: Per ISO 2556 (b.o.), 0.0254/0.100 mm films exhibit 16.0 cc-mm/m²-24hr-atm (40.6 cc-mil/100 in²).
