Mitsubishi Iupilon LSH 2030 Hot Sale PC Resin

Mitsubishi Iupilon LSH 2030 is a specialty grade of polycarbonate (PC) resin that is a blend of bisphenol-A based PC and a 15% PTFE (polytetrafluoroethylene) lubricant additive.

Physical Properties

  • Density: Determined by ISO 1183, the density is 1.30 g/cc (0.0470 lb/in³), a key indicator of mass-to-volume ratio for material characterization.
  • Water Absorption: At 23.0°C (73.4°F) via immersion, water absorption is 0.10%, indicating low moisture sensitivity and dimensional stability.
  • Linear Mold Shrinkage (Flow & Transverse) : at 3.20 mm (0.126 in) thickness is 0.0050–0.0070 cm/cm (0.0050–0.0070 in/in) for both directions.
  • Melt Flow: Per ISO 1133, melt flow rate is 9.1 g/10 min at 300°C (572°F) under 1.20 kg (2.65 lb) load, indicating suitable processability for extrusion/molding.
