Physical Properties
- Density: As per ISO 1183, the material’s density is 1.04 g/cm³, reflecting its mass-to-volume ratio under standard conditions.
- Shrinkage: Tested via ISO 294, the shrinkage ranges from 0.4–0.7%, indicating dimensional change during processing.
- Water Absorption (23°C Saturation): Under ISO 62, water absorption is 0.04%, showing very low moisture uptake when fully saturated.
- Melt Index (200°C, 5 kg): ISO 1133 reports 8 g/10min (mass flow rate) and 7.7 cm³/10min (volume flow rate), characterizing flow behavior at specified conditions.
- Bulk Density (With External Lubricant): Measured by an internal method, bulk density is 0.6 g/cm³, indicating packed material density with lubricant.
