Physical Properties

• Specific Gravity:Measured by ASTM D792, it ranges from 1.16 – 1.20 g/cc. 
• Maximum Moisture Content:In injection molding, it’s 0.020. Controlling moisture is vital as it can affect the material’s performance and the quality of molded parts.
• Linear Mold Shrinkage, Flow:For 3.20 mm (0.126 in) thickness, as per ASTM D955, it’s 0.0030 – 0.0040 cm/cm (in/in). 
• Melt Flow:At 250 °C (482 °F) under 2.16 kg (4.76 lb) load per ASTM D1238, it’s 4.0 g/10 min. Indicates the material’s flowability during melting for processing.

Polymer Properties:

3. Modification Features:
