SABIC G3230AE Short Glass Modified PP is a 30% short glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) polymer produced by SABIC (Saudi Basic Industries Corporation).
Physical Properties
- Density: Measured by ISO 1183, 1.12 g/cc density is optimized for under – hood applications with low emissions.
- Filler Content: As determined by the SABIC method, 30% fiber content enhances the performance of under – hood parts.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage: For 65x65x3.2mm plaques, 0.0060 cm/cm shrinkage ensures dimensional stability.
- Melt Flow: According to ISO 1133, at 230°C with 2.16 kg load, 12 g/10 min melt flow enables good molding.
