SABIC 19T1030 Short Glass Modified PP Resin
SABIC 19T1030 is a talc-filled, heat-stabilized polypropylene homopolymer produced by SABIC (Saudi Basic Industries Corporation).
Physical Properties
- Density: Measured from injection – molded samples based on ISO 527 – 1A and ISO 1183, the density is 1.16 g/cc (0.0419 lb/in³).
- Filler Content: Measured by the SABIC method, the filler content is 30 %.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage: Measured on a 65x65x3.2mm injection – molded plaque by the SABIC method, it is 0.0088 cm/cm (0.0088 in/in).
- Melt Flow: Tested as per ISO 1133, at a load of 2.16 kg and 230 °C (446 °F), the melt flow is 18.2 g/10 min.
