CELANESE HOSTAFORM C 9021 M XAP2 is a low – emission POM copolymer with high chemical resistance and wear – resistant properties for injection molding.

Physical Properties

  • Density: Measured by ISO 1183, it has a density of 1.42 g/cc (0.0513 lb/in³), influencing weight – related performance in applications.
  • Water Absorption: According to ISO 62, it absorbs 0.75% water, which may impact dimensional stability in humid conditions.
  • Melt Flow: As per ISO 1133, at 190 °C/2.16 kg, its melt flow rate is 8.5 g/10 min, crucial for injection molding processes.
