Physical Properties

• Specific Gravity: Measured via ASTM D792, the specific gravity is 1.20 g/cc in both metric and English units.
• Density: Tested per ASTM D792, the density is 1.19 g/cc (0.0430 lb/in³) for the material.
• Water Absorption: After 24 hours per ASTM D570, water absorption reaches 0.15% in both measurement systems.
• Moisture Absorption at Equilibrium: At equilibrium per ASTM D570, moisture absorption is 0.35 % (0.35 %); at 100 °C (212 °F), it is 0.58 % per ASTM D570.
• Linear Mold Shrinkage, Flow: By SABIC method for 3.20 mm (0.126 in) thickness, linear mold shrinkage (flow) is 0.0050–0.0070 cm/cm (0.0050–0.0070 in/in).
• Melt Flow: Measured by ASTM D1238 at a load of 1.20 kg and 300 °C, the melt flow rate is 17.5 g/10 min, facilitating the molding of small, intricate parts.
