Processing Recommendations

Blow Molding

Melt Temperature 180°C - 220°C
Mold Temperature 10°C - 40°C

Optimal temperature depends on machine, mold design, and part size. Use chilled mold for rapid cooling and dimensional stability.

Injection Molding

Melt Temperature 220°C - 260°C
Mold Temperature 20°C - 60°C

Higher melt temperature ensures proper flow. Warmer mold improves surface finish, cooler mold reduces cycle times.

Safety and Handling

Personal Protection

Wear appropriate personal protective equipment during processing.

Ventilation

Process in well-ventilated areas to ensure proper air circulation.

Documentation

Refer to Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for detailed handling information.
