Physical Properties
- Density: Measured by ASTM D – 1505, the density is 0.945 g/cc (0.0341 lb/in³), a key factor for rotational molding applications.
- ESCR 100% Igepal®: Tested under Condition A (F50) by ASTM D – 1693, it is 70 hours, showing its stress – crack resistance.
- ESCR 10% Igepal®: Also tested under Condition A (F50) per ASTM D – 1693, it is 25 hours, indicating its performance under different conditions.
- Melt Index of Compound: Measured at 2.16 kg and 190 °C by ASTM D – 1238, it is 6.0 g/10 min, crucial for rotational molding flow.
