SABIC CC254 HDPE Multimodal Resin
SABIC CC254 is an advanced high-density polyethylene (HDPE) resin with a multimodal molecular weight distribution.
Physical Properties
- Density: Tested using the ASTM D1505 standard, the density is 0.953 g/cc (0.0344 lb/in³), which is related to its processing properties.
- Environmental Stress Crack Resistance: Based on the ISO 16770 standard, it has an ESCR of 10 hours, showing its stress – crack resistance ability.
- Melt Flow: According to the ISO 1133 standard, at 190 °C (374 °F), the melt flow rate is 2.1 g/10 min under a 2.16 kg (4.76 lb) load and 6.3 g/10 min under a 5.00 kg (11.0 lb) load.
