Physical Properties

• Density: As per ISO 1183, the material’s density is 1.048 g/cc (0.03786 lb/in³), reflecting its mass-to-volume ratio under standard conditions.
• Moisture Absorption at Equilibrium: At 23.0 °C (73.4 °F) and 50% RH per ISO 62, the equilibrium moisture absorption is ≤ 0.10%, indicating low humidity sensitivity.
• Water Absorption at Saturation: Tested via ISO 62 at 23.0 °C (73.4 °F), saturated water absorption is ≤ 0.10%, showing minimal moisture uptake when fully immersed.
• Linear Mold Shrinkage: According to ISO 294-4, linear mold shrinkage ranges from 0.0030–0.0060 cm/cm (0.0030–0.0060 in/in), describing dimensional change during molding.
• Melt Flow: Using ISO 1133, the melt flow rate is 3.0 g/10 min under a 5.00 kg (11.0 lb) load at 200 °C (392 °F), characterizing the material’s flowability during processing.
