Physical Properties

• Density: Measured using injection – molded samples in accordance with ISO 527 – 1A and ISO 1183 standards, the density is 1.25 g/cc (0.0452 lb/in³).
• Filler Content: Determined by the SABIC method, the filler content is 40 %.
• Linear Mold Shrinkage: Measured on an injection – molded plaque of 65x65x3.2mm by the SABIC method, it is 0.0080 cm/cm (0.0080 in/in).
• Melt Flow: Tested according to ISO 1133, at a load of 2.16 kg and a temperature of 230 °C (446 °F), the melt flow is 18 g/10 min.

Polymer Properties:

1. Base Material: Polypropylene Homopolymer
2. Reinforcement: 40% Talc Fillers
3. Modification Features:
   
   • 40% talc for very high stiffness.
   • High flow property for easy injection molding.
   • Good thermal stabilization for high-temperature resistance.
   • High modulus due to high fill grade.
