Sabic 4935 Random Copolymer PP Resin
SABIC 4935 is a random copolymer polypropylene (PP) with a very high molecular weight and a special stabilization package, having medium impact, semi – transparent appearance, and good stress – whitening characteristic.
Physical Properties
- Density: Measured with injection – molded samples following ASTM D1505, it is 0.905 g/cc (0.0327 lb/in³), indicating its mass per unit volume.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage: At 0.019 cm/cm (0.019 in/in) for injection – molded samples (SABIC method), shows the dimensional change during cooling.
- Melt Flow: As per ISO 1133, under 2.16 kg (4.76 lb) load at 230 °C (446 °F), it’s 0.30 g/10 min, reflecting its flowability during processing.
