Celanese Zytel 73G35HSL PA6 Resin
Celanese Zytel 73G35HSL is a 35% glass-reinforced, heat-stabilized polyamide 6 (PA6) polymer produced by Celanese.
Physical Properties
- Density: In accordance with ISO 1183 standards, the density is 1.41 g/cc (0.0509 lb/in³).
- Water Absorption: Under ISO 62-simulated conditions, water absorption is 5.8% for a 2.00 mm specimen and 1.0% for 3.00 mm immersion (24 hours).
- Moisture Absorption: Under conditions simulating ISO 62 standards, the moisture absorption for a 2.00 mm thick specimen is 2.10%.
- Viscosity Number: Measured in accordance with ISO 307, the viscosity number is 143 cm³/g (1.43 dl/g).
- Linear Mold Shrinkage (Flow): Injection-molded specimens show 0.0010 cm/cm (0.0010 in/in) linear mold shrinkage in flow direction per ISO 294-4.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage (Transverse): Injection-molded specimens have 0.0060 cm/cm (0.0060 in/in) transverse linear mold shrinkage per ISO 294-4.
