Celanese Zytel 80G14A PA66 Resin
Celanese Zytel 80G14A PA66 is a 14% glass fiber reinforced, toughened, high-flow, heat-stabilized polyamide 66 resin.
Physical Properties
- Density: Measured using injection-molded samples in accordance with DAM and ISO 1183, the density is 1.19 g/cc (0.0430 lb/in³).
- Water Absorption: At 2.00 mm (0.0787 in) thickness, water absorption is 6.2% (DAM; sim. to ISO 62).
- Moisture Absorption: At 2.00 mm (0.0787 in) thickness, moisture absorption is 1.80% (DAM; sim. to ISO 62).
- Linear Mold Shrinkage:Per DAM/ISO 294-4/2577, injection-molded plaques have 0.0040 cm/cm (flow) and 0.0080 cm/cm (transverse) linear mold shrinkage.
