Radici Radilon A HS 164 NT PA66 Resin

Radici Radilon® A HS 164 NT is a polyamide 66 (PA66) injection molding grade manufactured by RadiciGroup High Performance Polymers.

Physical Properties

  • Density: As per ISO 1183 in DAM state, injection-molded parts exhibit a density of 1.14 g/cc (0.0412 lb/in³).
  • Water Absorption: Tested at 23.0°C immersion (ISO 62), 2.00 mm samples show an 8.9% water absorption rate.
  • Moisture Absorption: At 23.0°C and 50% RH (ISO 62), 2.00 mm specimens absorb 2.10% moisture under standard conditions.
  • Linear Mold Shrinkage (Flow): Flow-direction shrinkage, per ISO 294-4, is recorded as 0.012 cm/cm (0.012 in/in) for molded components.
  • Linear Mold Shrinkage (Transverse): Transverse shrinkage, tested in accordance with ISO 294-4, measures 0.014 cm/cm (0.014 in/in).
