Physical Properties

• Density: Measured by ISO 1183, the density is 1.36 g/cc (0.0491 lb/in³), related to its mineral reinforcement.
• Water Absorption: According to ISO 62, the water absorption is 6.2 %, which may have an impact on the material’s performance.
• Moisture Absorption at Equilibrium: At 23°C/50% R.H. and following ISO 62, the moisture absorption at equilibrium is 2.4 %, affecting long – term performance.
• Viscosity Number: The viscosity number is 150 cm³/g (1.50 dl/g), influencing processing and performance.
• Linear Mold Shrinkage: The linear mold shrinkage is 0.0090 cm/cm (ASTM Data; MD), important for part manufacturing.
