Product Description

CYCOLAC™ DL100 is a high heat, high impact, and low-emission Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene/Polycarbonate (ABS/PC) blended resin. This grade is designed to offer a balanced profile of properties, including excellent dimensional stability, good processability, and high toughness. It is a versatile thermoplastic material suitable for a wide range of applications that demand superior performance compared to standard ABS grades.

Key Features

  • High Heat Resistance: Maintains structural integrity at elevated temperatures.
  • High Impact Strength: Excellent toughness and resistance to impact, even at low temperatures.
  • Low Emissions: Formulated to meet stringent volatile organic compound (VOC) emission standards.
  • Good Processability: Exhibits stable melt flow characteristics for injection molding.
  • Excellent Aesthetics: Provides a high-quality surface finish.
  • Dimensional Stability: Low mold shrinkage and high dimensional accuracy in molded parts.

Typical Applications

  • Automotive: Interior and exterior components, such as instrument panel components, door trims, and console parts.
  • Consumer Goods: Housings for kitchen appliances, power tools, and other durable goods.
  • Electrical & Electronics: Enclosures, connectors, and other components requiring high heat and impact resistance.
