Processing Guidelines

  • Drying: The material is hygroscopic and must be dried at 80-90°C for 2-4 hours. Max moisture content should be 0.04%.

  • Mold Temperature: Maintain the mold at 60-80°C to achieve the best surface finish.
  • Injection Speed: Use a medium to fast speed to avoid flow marks.
  • Holding Pressure: Keep holding pressure at 50-70% of the injection pressure.
