SABIC G3220A Short Glass Modified PP is a 20% short glass fiber reinforced polypropylene (PP) polymer produced by SABIC (Saudi Basic Industries Corporation).
Physical Properties
- Density: Measured in line with ISO 1183, 1.04 g/cc density is appropriate for under – hood applications.
- Filler Content: The SABIC – determined 20% fiber content enhances the strength required for under – hood use.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage: For 65x65x3.2mm injection – molded plaques, 0.0070 cm/cm shrinkage ensures proper fit.
- Melt Flow: According to ISO 1133, at 230°C with 2.16 kg load, 17 g/10 min melt flow helps in processing under – hood components.
