ExxonMobil HD 7960.13 is a high – molecular – weight HDPE designed for thin, tough blown films.

Physical Properties

  • Density: Measured by ExxonMobil Method, the density is 0.952 g/cc (0.0344 lb/in³), impacting material characteristics like stiffness and barrier performance.
  • Melt Flow: Using ExxonMobil Method at 2.16 kg load and 190°C (374°F), the melt flow rate is 0.60 g/10 min, reflecting processability for extrusion or molding.
  • High Load Melt Index: As per ASTM D1238 at 21.6 kg load and 190°C (374°F), it is 10 g/10 min, indicating melt fluidity under heavy loads for industrial applications.
