INEOS Styrolution HI-10 Hot Sale ABS Polymer is an acrylonitrile – butadiene – styrene copolymer with enhanced properties, made by INEOS Styrolution.
Physical Properties
- Density: Measured in line with ISO 1183 standard, the density is 1.03 g/cc (0.0372 lb/in³).
- Moisture Absorption at Equilibrium: At 23.0 °C (73.4 °F) with 50% relative humidity, following ISO 62 standard, the moisture absorption at equilibrium is 0.21 %.
- Water Absorption at Saturation: At 23.0 °C (73.4 °F), as per ISO 62 standard, the water absorption at saturation is 1.03 %.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage: According to ISO 294 – 4 standard, the linear mold shrinkage ranges from 0.0040 – 0.0070 cm/cm (0.0040 – 0.0070 in/in).
- Melt Flow: Under a load of 10.0 kg (22.0 lb) at 220 °C (428 °F), in accordance with ISO 1133 standard (volumetric, cm³/10 min), the melt flow is 5.5 g/10 min.
