ExxonMobil LD 2329.DS LDPE Resin

ExxonMobil™ LD 2329.DS is a low-density polyethylene (LDPE) resin specifically designed for general-purpose blown film applications.

Physical Properties

  • Density: In line with ASTM D1505, the density is 0.929 g/cc (0.0336 lb/in³), a medium-density homopolymer resin with good clarity and stiffness for packaging films.
  • Melt Flow: According to ASTM D1238, the melt flow rate is 2.3 g/10 min under a load of 2.16 kg and at 190 °C, suitable for blown or cast film equipment in overwrap applications.
