Celanese Celcon M25 HOT Sale POM Resin
Celanese Celcon M25 is a high – molecular – weight Polyoxymethylene (POM) grade by Celanese.
Physical Properties
- Specific Gravity: Determined by ASTM D792, the specific gravity is 1.41 g/cc (consistent in metric and English units).
- Density: As per ISO 1183, the density measures 1.41 g/cc (0.0509 lb/in³), reflecting mass per unit volume.
- Density of Compound: The compound density is 1.20 g/cc (0.0434 lb/in³), indicating a lower density compared to base material.
- Moisture Absorption: At 23°C/50%RH per ISO 62, moisture absorption is 0.200%, showing low humidity sensitivity.
- Water Absorption at Saturation: Following ISO 62, saturation water absorption is 0.75%, highlighting maximum moisture uptake.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage, Flow: Per ASTM D955 and ISO 294-4, flow-direction shrinkage is 0.022 cm/cm (0.022 in/in) for molded parts.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage, Transverse: As per ASTM D955 and ISO 294-4, transverse shrinkage is 0.018 cm/cm (0.018 in/in), lower than flow direction.
- Melt Flow: By ASTM D1238, melt flow rate is 2.5 g/10 min; per ISO 1133, volumetric flow is 2.2 cm³/10 min at 190°C/2.16 kg load.
