Physical Properties

• Density: Measured by ASTM D1505, it’s 0.954 g/cc. This density affects the material’s dimensional stability and other properties in injection – molding.
• ESCR 100% Igepal®: Based on compression – molded sheet, tested by ASTM D1693B with F50, it’s ≤1.0 hour, showing its limitations in stress – crack resistance in a 100% Igepal® solution.
• ESCR 10% Igepal®: Tested by F50; ASTM D1693B, it’s ≤1.0 hour, further indicating its stress – crack resistance in a 10% Igepal® solution.
• Melt Flow: Measured by ASTM D1238 at 30 g/10 min @Load 2.16 kg, 190 °C. It shows excellent flow properties for injection – molding.
