Physical Properties

  • Density: Measured per ISO 1183 with injection-molded samples, density is 1.13 g/cc (0.0408 lb/in³), reflecting a denser structure for improved durability in tough applications.
  • Melt Flow: Tested per ISO 1133 at 260 °C (500 °F) under a 5 kg (11.0 lb) load, the melt flow rate is 18 cm³/10 min, balancing flowability and part integrity.

Polymer Properties:

  • Base Material: PC (Polycarbonate) + ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene)
  • Modification Features:
