INEOSTERLUX HD 2802 is a transparent MABS (Methyl Methacrylate Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) polymer designed for injection molding.

- Bulk Density: With external lubricant, the bulk density is 0.590 g/cc (0.0213 lb/in³).
- Density: Measured by ISO 1183, injection-molded samples have a density of 1.08 g/cc (0.0390 lb/in³), ensuring reliability in standard MABS production.
- Water Absorption at Saturation: At 23.0°C, it is 0.70 % per ISO 62, demonstrating resistance to water-induced degradation in humid conditions.
- Linear Mold Shrinkage: At 0.0040–0.0070 cm/cm per ISO 294-4, this ensures dimensional consistency for general-purpose injection molding applications.
- Melt Flow : At 220°C, it is 2.0 g/10 min (10.0 kg load) and 17 g/10 min (21.6 kg load) via ISO 1133 (volumetric), suitable for everyday plastic parts
